RANT

Napipikon na talaga ako sa iyo. AS IN SUUUPER.

I told myself I won't put profanity and curses on my blog so yeah, I won't curse you but what the hell I HATE YOU SO MUCH, YOU HAVE NO IDEA.

Pwede ka ba ipakulam? Or mawala ka nalang sa mundo? Wala ka naman kwenta after all. Do me a favor and find people who can deal with your "BELOW MEDIOCRE" SELF. Thanks.

Learnings

I am so loving the 198 class of Jim Lafferty. In the past three sessions with him, we've learned so much about being a leader- the qualities of a good leader, the responsibilities and the proper way to act like a leader. And of course it starts with punctuality.

Every person who comes into the room while he speaks must stay at the end of the class to do 50 push-ups. I was never late coz I'm not the type who'd come late. haha But a lot of my classmates usually come late so every after class, it's fun to cheer the people (both boys and girls) until they reach 50. Last week he came 2 minutes late and did push-ups with his bodyguard and his driver at the end of the class. (i'll post photos soon.) But one time we had a classmate who came in late and didn't do it. Well, it's her loss. KAPAL NG MUKHA NIYA. One more time and ilalaglag ko siya talaga. hahaha

Anyhooo, I mentioned that Jim always reminds us that A principle is not a principle until it costs you something. Well, fresh from the class and film viewing held at P&G Petron Tower, my principles were tested today. The Yellow Aztecs futsal team played and lost the first game. It was frustrating but then again, what's new? hahaha Anyhooo, our star teammate April from AIESEC was sick and wanted to go home however she also feels bad about leaving the team to play the last game. I advised her to just go home and not to worry about us. It's better than jeopardizing her health. Player's welfare over team victory- that's one thing I learned from the fim Hoosiers. And that's one decision I will never regret. Well, we lost in that next game but it didn't matter, we enjoyed playing anyway.

I am just really thankful I took the class. I feel that every time I think, decide or talk to my orgmates, I gradually improve myself and little by little I come closer to being a good leader to them. I wanna share these lessons to them soon. hehe

Oh well, Saturday mornings never felt so fulfilling.

AND SO I LOST IT

HELLO UP STUDENTS? WHERE ARE YOUR PRINCIPLES?

Yesterday while waiting at the College of Science Auditorium for Nat Sci 2 class, I was texting with my mom. During class, I placed my phone (face down) on the desk of my seat. Our professor dismissed us suddenly so I immediately left my seat. The desk is black, my phone is black. So yeah, camouflage. I realized I left my phone only when I got back to BA so I took a cab to rush back to CS. I talked to the maintenance people and to my professor and both said no phone was turned over to them earlier. Weng called my phone and said 'cannot be reached'. Right then, I started to accept my loss.

To explain my first statement... Well, I'm taking this Leadership class under Procter&Gamble's Jim Lafferty. I love this class coz I really am learning so much from it. Last week he taught us about the first E...Energizing, and the Moral right to lead. Which led to the statement:

A PRINCIPLE IS NOT A PRINCIPLE UNTIL IT COST YOU SOMETHING.

Jim said 'your principles right now are merely statements. Until you are in a situation that will put these principles to test.

So now here comes a student who sees a phone left on the table. Will you take it or will you surrender it to your professor? Will you keep it or will you find the owner? If you take it, fine, no one will know. No one saw you. But you will forever be haunted by the fact that the phone you are using is a product of your weakness and selfish act. If you return it, you'll be forever remembered by the owner to be an honest person. You'll sleep calm, and walk with dignity. In either decision, what will it cost you? Well, self worth and self respect.

Whoever took my phone, I wish he is happy. Coz he will burn in hell. He probably has no idea that KARMA IS A BITCH.

I feel so bad because first...It's my first time to lose a phone. Second, I have to rebuild my contacts list. Third, I love that phone. It's the James Bond phone from Casino Royale. I treasure the messages in that phone. The photos I took. Ghaaad. It's fine with me to change my phone, but not that way! I change phones for the following reasons: one, i got it as a gift; two, my phone died (as in nasira for good), and just recently the third reason- it got stolen.

On my way back to BA from a meeting at AS, I saw Peter walking and joined him. Peter who has lost more gadgets in a single day than I did in my entire life, talked me into taking the whole thing lightly. Well, I was taking it lightly. I didn't cry over it. I'm just glad he understands the feeling. He said 'ay mahirap talaga. take it from me!' And i chuckled. hahaha It feels good to just get though the day.

I'm still alive naman. Just feel like a little (if not totally) disconnected to the world. I'm dependent on my mom to call me on the landline to wake me up everyday. I'm dependent on YM to update my org directors and avps. I even joked to Dianne this morning while using her phone to text my mom 'Kawawa naman ako, squatter ng cellphone.' hahaha Oh well papel, Thank God for Globe rebates, I'm getting a new phone for free! Not as cool as my James Bond phone but a phone nonetheless. To add to that, it's not just me who's getting a new phone. My whole family is getting new ones! Jom, Joop and I are getting the same models. Mom's getting a Samsung slide phone, and my dad's buying his own. After sooo many years of getting us new phones, my dad's getting one for himself. He deserves it.

Oh well, i guess that's the brighter side of the situation.

Just a thought, I change phones (whether I like it or not) every two years. Kakaloka. Ayoko na mag palit. I'm over the phone frenzy. haha I just want a call-text-good photos-weekly alarm phone and I'm good to go.

AND OH!

CONGRATULATIONS BIZCON TEAM! Punky, Vicki, Jeni, Mau, Vincent, Emm and to everyone who helped make it a successful event. SOSH standing room!!! Pressure sa next org events haha! Yay ABAM!

YAY DAY TODAY!

What's so great about a Thursday? Well, if your day starts at 6:30 in the morning, to get ready for your 8:30 class (that includes coffee time, bath time, dress-up and commute), and the day ends at 7 pm, there's nothing really to be happy about.

BUT NOT TODAY.

Every Thursday, when I hear my phone alarm bugging me, I hold this mental 'pep talk' saying OKAY, KEEP IN MIND, IT'S 178 DAY TODAY. GET UP. So there, I make it on time always. I have a long break too! 11:30- 2:30 to be exact. I usually spend it at the tambayan, attending meetings or just catching up with the ABAMers. My next class, project management, is suuuper boring I really just want to sleep. It's too structured for someone like me. I usually am very flexible when it comes to facilitating projects. Lastly, my 4-7 class kills the energy in me. It's very interesting and insightful. It's just that, by that time, I am already drained for the day.

So today, i said it was different. For one, 178 was fun(ny!) Two, FA and I got together again after her sabbatical for PANA. We watched Twilight. haha! And three, special treat!!! After the movie, we walked by Jake Cuenca! HOMAYGHADDD. He saw me freeze upon seeing him. Hahaha I bet he laughed at me. Ask FA how I looked like. Shet talaga I died for 10 seconds. hahaha Fourth, I decided to use my BDJ coupon at Coffee Bean. It's the buy a frappe and get another for free. Shempre Fa got the free one. Turns out, I didn't pay at all. Shet winner! It's either she forgot, or she didn't understand the coupon right. haha

As Fa and I enjoyed our Caramel blended ice al fresco style, lo and behold Jake passed again! He passed, and passed and passed until this lucky gutsy manong 'small talked' him. Jake said 'uy! kumuha lang ako ng shades ko.' Feeling ko chummy talaga sila and then nagkita sila and hi hello. Si manong parang tagalinis ata somewhere, coz he was carrying a mop and a plastic container which scooped the mop strands. Ang cool talaga, in fairness kay Jake, ma chummy regardless of who they are. I even joked to Fa "mare, pag si John Lloyd yan, I apologize in advance pero iiwanan kita dito sa lamesa. hahaha" And she goes, "ok lang, naiintindihan ko. Kasi ako makikitakbo rin." HAHAHAHA

I missed our Eastwood days! We even did out traditional 'tearing of the movie ticket' hahaha!

I' I wish Wonder Girls and Gay can go out soon! Comedy bar tayo! at yung spooftacular showdown! And I'm just super happy that this was our first real bonding gimik after her sabbatical moment. I'm glad it's such a winning moment- all of it. Love freebies- caramel blended ice, and a cutie pie? YAY TO THAT!

Just wanna share

Was browsing my folders and found this.
While eating at Jollibee-Greenwich in SM Fairview a few months ago, I spotted these kids who sat in front of my table. Then they began counting their coins and small bills and chose the best combo meal that will feed them both. Super cute talaga nung scene, nakaka iyak. I wanted to buy them ice cream! Shempre baka matakot sakin so wag nalang. They might think im a pedophile. hahaha If I remember it right, nagtanungan pa sila kung may pamase yung isa't isa pauwi. Grabeee, at that age, yung concern nila super nakaka awwwww. So here, I just took a snapshot to capture the moment. They're so sweet talaga! I hope they'll be super friends forever.

BLOG-DUMP

Due to my unexplainable avoidance of the computer, I have accumulated quite a collection of topics for this blog. But now that I have the energy to type, imma put them all here.now.

NEW ADS
I can't get over the new ads on tv. Not that I love them all but you know, it's crazy when they all start flashing on prime time and lunch break shows. Here are my picks!

BPI's new ad- "Brand New Day". We're changing the rules on banking. That's the message they're shouting to the world. it is sooo effing amazing. BPI revamped their banking system from 3-day check clearance to REAL TIME clearance. From atm replacement and check encashment in your home branch to any branch. It's amazing.

MERALCO's Christmas ad. Yay to the appearance of Mr. Tony Meloto of Gawad Kalinga! I clearly remember last October he graced our Advertising class to give a short talk on 'giving back to society'. I can still recall how I felt after his speech. He was so inspiring! Mind you, I was two feet away from him. hahaha For my classmates who were at his talk, remember he said a lot of big brands wanna be affiliated with GK? Well, that leads me to my next ad.

GOLDILOCKS. Kris Aquino introduces the new CSR of Goldilocks. This Christmas season, Goldilocks together with Gawad Kalinga join forces to provide homes for the less fortunate. I'm not sure how it works but if my memory serves me right, when you buy their cakes, part of the money is donated to GK. I still love Red Ribbon more. But it's fine, great effort to Goldilocks!

DESTINATIONS!
I was watching the Excecutive Class on ANC hosted by David Celdran and he featured two lovely destinations- CamSur and Palawan. That time I just got back a few days before from Palawan so I decided to relive my short vacation by watching it. The CamSur segment focused on the Camarines Sur Watersports Complex and the different choices for lodging. There was the container vans, the more upscale Villa del Rey cabanas, and a little farther is the GK Bed & Breakfast. Yep, Gawad Kalinga. hahaha There's much power in this advocacy pala, hahaha.

198 Class
This is the leadership class every Saturday under P&G's Jim Lafferty. He's never showed up for the past two meetings. Nevertheless those two meetings were fun! First one was intro and expectation citing per group. The second one, Mr. Angkush, HR director of P&G Philippines was our speaker. He talked about vision and it was super fun and enlightening. I was so amazed with my realizations, and right now I just really wanna work on achieving my visions. haha Our (Dianny, Punky and I) major dilemma will be the conflict with PI 100's lakbay aral. We will have two- Intramuros and Banahaw. If 198 is always this fun, how can I miss a class? haha! I hope I enjoy PI. haaay.

NEW LIST
Okay, so due to the global financial crisis, I have decided to provide a realistic and practical Christmas wish list.

Game!

1. New Planner! Something that's gonna be handy even after grad because the coming year won't be much of schoolwork. HAHA Punky's helping me with the Starbucks stickers. If i don't finish it, I'll probably get the Belle de Jour again. I haven't seen the Starbucks one though. But form afar, it resembles a national bookstore planner. hahaha

2. A 'corporate' watch. By corporate, i mean something I can wear to work. I love love love watches. Next to bags and shoes, it's the next item I love. I wish my dad will give me one. Para na rin may sentimental value haha

3. A job I really really want. Of course, every fresh grad will want a job he/she will love forever. And shempre, sayang naman corporate watch ko kung wala akong trabaho noh! hahaha

4. An amaaaazing sem! Nuff said.

5. A great new sosh life for the fresh grad. hahahaha

THE GOOD TYPE OF INGGIT
And finally, Weng sent me a link to this girl's debut. GUESS WHO IS HER SURPRISE GUEST? ELY BUENDIAAAAAAAA. huhuhuhuhuhu Turns out she adoooores him suuuuper. Eh her mom pala is a good friend of Ely even before he started in the music industry. ayan tuloy, mega serenade ng With A Smile. sheeeet. nakaka inggit pero good for her. We all have dreams. She got hers. Happy birthday. hahaha She's a Philo major in UP pala. Hay naker. CALLING ALL MY FRIENDS: JOHN LLOYD (Caloy, I know you can do this!) OR ELY (Mare, connection of the connection? haha) IS FINE WITH ME. hahahaha
thanks to ivymen.multiply.com for the photo.

There goes my blog dump. I have to get my 'school mode' back. It seems like I always wanna go home lately. Which I shouldn't. Coz I have to make this sem count, and going home isn't exactly the best way to do it. haha So let's make this sem count ayt? tara gimik!

pahabol...Wanna watch Spooftacular showdown? hahaha

2. Stuart's and Jom's birthday. haha

3. LAST SEM IN COLLEGE. I cannot explain this one- it's like a transition process for graduating students. Yung almost but not quite chuva. hahaha I'm excited to go on vacations before working. Christmas Season...Christmas Wish list

Hurray! It's that time of year when we all begin to be kinder, sweeter and happier. I love the cold nights, it's a clear sign of the Christmas season. The songs played in malls also spell HO-HO-HO. And of course, it is time for the annual Christmas wish list! I dare you to write your own as well- both material and non material wishes. Who knows? Santa might be a blog-hopper too!

So here goes my list...
1. A Nikon DLSR (D40/70/80) whichever they're willing to give me.
2. A MacBook in black or white. whichever is available although white is cheaper.

3. A pink and black soft touch stylus for the iPhone. I know Steve Jobs might get insulted with the stylus but sometimes it really sucks not to be able to type properly. Oh, i do hope a screen protector comes with it! haha

4. Dove's Go Fresh Line

5. Bvlgari Crystalline. My brother and I used up our bottle (yes, we share!) so now I want a bigger one. haha
Most of them are expensive, I can't even imagine how I'll have them. haha maybe I can settle for Rihanna & Chris Brown tickets. haha that's quite manageable. haha

Now for the non-material wish list

1. Good health for the people I love
2. Happiness for my family and friends
3. A strong Philippine economy
4. Jobs for all
5. And finally, a successful 10 year plan on God knows what. *wink wink*

Happy Holidays people! Happy wish list-ing! Don't forget to your shopping list too!

Palawan Escapade

Straight from ABAM plansem, I packed my stuff and checked my mail and slept so that I could wake up early next morning for my Palawan vacation!

My dad offered to bring me with him to Palawan since he'll be there for a series of meetings with his clients.

Day 1: Flight was at 7:30. Thank God PAL wasn't late. haha

I noticed this lady in front of Daddy who casually shoved her Louis Vuitton under the seat. Later I began looking at her intently. At the back of my mind I began wondering if she's the singer Dulce. When we arrived at Puerto Princesa airport, it was raining. The Legend Hotel shuttle picked us up. The lady was with us in the van. She sat at the second row with her companion. I was already texting my mom about my hunch that she was Dulce. When we got to the hotel, that's when I confirmed it's really her. I noticed a medal thingamadjig she was wearing (probably given to her by the welcoming committee at the airport).

Enough of showbiz. We had lunch at Bilao't Palayok. Sobrang nakakabundat! After lunch we went to Cora's, a place at the market where they sell pearls- lots of em! Palawan pearls are exported all over the world.

When we got to the hotel, dad left me to go to their meeting. Our room had a view of the pool. It was 3 in the afternoon and no one was swimming so I decided to go for a dip pretending I owned it. hahaha

Dinner was at Kinabutch where I tried the Tamilok or woodworm. I must say, parang fear factor! hahaha

Day 2: Underground River

Two and a half hours by land, we reached the wharf where we'll take a 10 minute motor boat ride to the Underground River. A short walk from the shore, we reached the mouth of the river where we had to register, and put on our life vest and helmet (to avoid bat poo). The guide said one person will hold the light and receive instructions from the boatman. I wanted to do it but the foreigner dude volunteered first so fine.

Limestone formation at the entrance of the Underground River

Monitor lizard na pagala-gala lang sa lugar
Monitor lizards are left to walk around the area before the river entrance. They don't generally bite. Their first instinct when they encounter danger is to run.
The mouth of the Underground River

At the Sabang Beach, where we had lunch. The Miss Earth swimsuit competition was held here two days after we visited.

Day 3:
We left Legend around 9 am aboard their Ford E150 Club Wagon. Ang taray ng shuttles nila. Fit for their guests talaga. Mega bakasyon grande. haha

A lot of people were at the Airport, waiting for the Miss Earth candidates.

Leaving, I realized there are still a lot left to see in Palawan. I will surely come back.

DING ANG BATO

You'd actually think you stepped into a posh comedy bar but with an educated comedienne and a powerpoint presentation to back up her talk.

At the receiving area of Publicis. It was inspired by a European botique hotel.

THIS WAS WHAT I THOUGHT OF OUR TRIP TO PUBLICIS MANILA.

Ms. Matec was not in fierce pumps, nor was she in a tight corporate suit. She was in a red knitted polo, jeans and rubber shoes. Not so CEO right? But when she began telling us about her job, their recent works and their clients, I was laughing my head off, at the same time I was imagining her as my boss and most importantly, I understood why she's CEO.

Sir Nestle and Ms. Matec chat while waiting for the class to be completed.

I can't really explain what she told us. You'd have to earn the privilege of hearing her talk. How? I really don't know. Maybe get into Jet's 172 class, if you still have the chance.

Anyhooo, if there's anything that talk made me feel, it's that I don't want to study anymore! hahaha I'm so excited to apply what I know. But of course I acknowledge the fact that there is so much more to learn. So for now, I can do with a great sembreak. Just to relax my tired brain cells. hahaha

Cheers to great learnings and new words (ding ang bato)! :))

An eye for brands

In the past few sems that I've been taking marketing classes, I always had that doubt at the back of my mind whether I was doing the right thing for my future. Friends have been telling me they see me in Marketing coz it's in my personality daw. "Hindi ka mukhang Finance." Masisira daw ulo ko.
* * *
Can I tell you?

About my Tuesday.

Yesterday we had a joint class for Brand Management and IMC. Our guest speaker was Mr. Francis Flores, a former Unilever marketeer for Axe and Ponds, not with Jollibee Foods Corporation for Greenwhich. Aldren and I met him earlier at the front lobby. Napagtripan lang namin batiin because he got there early so we decided to greet him and have a little chitchat.

Sir Acedera arrived shortly after we talked and then he began setting up his laptop. His talk was on Integrated Brand Communications. It was a short, interesting and insighful talk. after which, we moved to the q&a where we got to ask him a lot of questions about his corporate life, his brands, and his future plans. I asked if he was considering teaching. He said yes but maybe in a few years time. Sir Acedera and joked ' sa pa guest-guest nagsisimula yan. Si Nes pa guest guest lang din yan dati'.

The speaker was asked if he thinks the best way to go is enter an FMCG company first the move to local firms. Sir Francis' last words before he left was 'Remember, I didn't have a choice back then. It was only Unilever that can give me the best training. Now we have a lot of local companies that provide the same training.' (can i just add '*wink wink*?)

Anyhooo, the talk reaffirmed my love for Marketing. I really wanna do it in the next 5-10 years of my life. Of course it doesn't hurt to pass other departments like Sales, (shet maghahakot ako) operations and (OH GOD) HR. hahahaha But I want to end up in Marketing.
* * *

And oh, regarding the title of this post? Coz recently I saw one of the hottest pairs of shoes I've seen in a long time. I think I saw the brand. It was tiny and embedded on the shoe's suede material. I checked the site of the my brand in mind but the pair wasn't there. So after having dinner with friends at the mall, I persuaded them to check out the store. Viola! It was there. I was right. I got the brand right! YAHOOOOO! It was an enlightening moment for me. Imagine seeing a very tiny logo at least 3 meters away from you. and later realizing that you got the brand right? Maybe for non-marketing people this is shallow. I guess you will never really understand it until you are part of this field.

So there goes my Tuesday. Can't wait for Thursday- trip to Publicis! yay!

STILL ALIVE, NOW KICKING!

I've been invisible for the last X weeks ALL BECAUSE OF FEASIB. haha Now that feasib is done, here's a recap of the happenings in my life the past few weeks. And can I just say, I cannot remember any of the things I did before the feasib hell month.

A more deserving post on Eraserheads a.k.a. 'can never really' post

It's been a week since the mega reunion of the band. My previous post didn't even give justice to the event. It was for the simple reason that I was in shock. It felt like it's something personal to me. I guess I will never really fully explain nor quantify how it felt to be there and witness everything.

I love EHeads for so many reasons I shall explain. Also enumerated are my random sentiments.

1. I grew up with their music. Pare Ko is my ultimate 'cool' song way way back. I felt that knowing the song made me in the loop and more mature. Their songs, like Huling El Bimbo is the only song I remember singing and watching (the music video). I was even afraid of watching the video coz in the latter part of the video, the girl emerged from a mound of dry leaves. How freaky is that? haha

2. They're from UP. I love UP more right now than ever. Of course there are the given like my friends, profs, orgmates, non-BA friends. But the legacy is just so overwhelming. It's gonna be so hard to level to the success of the eraserheads.

3. I will never really fully recover from the concert experience. Just the thought makes me cry.

4. I'm gonna grab that UP centennial hoodie that they wore. I'll ask a friend to get for me. I hate lining up for it. HAHA (photo from the UP multiply site)

5. I CAN NEVER REALLY SCREAM HARD ENOUGH FOR THE WORLD TO HEAR THAT I LOVE THIS BAND SO MUCH.

6. The mere sight of the band together on stage made me go 'awwwwwwwww'. It's like they really did it for the fans. And hello, 6 years after they disbanded and WE are still here singing their songs. I think that's the obvious hint that we want them back so bad.

7. I, along with the thousands of others who attended the concert, will be haunted by the thought of how it'd turn out if Ely didn't feel ill. That until the great PART 2. Raymund's interview on the news saying 'Kasing bitin niyo lang ako' and 'Babawi kami' make me sooo giddy. I'll make sure I get into the VIP again. or SVIP for that matter.

8. Here's a shot of Ely minutes before he was taken to the hospital. Photo by Daphne Osena who was at the SVIP area. Lucky girl! He looks really stressed. :|

9. This blog post still does not give justice to the experience. But I guess I always am better in talking.

10. I pray Ely gets well. So that the concert part 2 pushes through. Also the reunion album. And LOOORD SANA MAYAMAN ANG USC PLEASE NAMAN SA UP FAIR OR CENTENNIAL CLOSING CEREMONY. They totally deserve to be there. UP = EHEADS = UP.

AMEN.

Ely Buendia and the Eraserheads concert

Stratmark in the morning.
Markprof booboo in the afternoon.

TIME FOR SOME REAL RELAXATION. Tara game, Eraserheads.

Fa and I bought the Patron tickets (Php 1,372 each). We found fa's friends, I tried the portalet, and then I went to Cha and Tash. They were part of the ushers of the VIP area. Due to a miracle and a little begging, Tash's boyfriend got me two green bands a.k.a VIP PASSES.
MAMATAY NA KAYONG LAHAT SA PATRON.

I pulled Fa out of the Patron area and walk galantly to the VIP area. We were with indie bands, mainstream bands like Rivermaya, Orange and Lemons, Kamikazee and moonstar88 to name a few. Celebrities like Sam Oh and Janus del Prado, and UAAP star Wesley Gonzales were very close. (Lalu na si Janus, ang cuuute.)

ALAPAAP. Tae super energy overload hindi ko ma contain. Gaaaawd I waited years and years to watch them live. (videos on my multiply site)

After FRUITCAKE Ely sat on stage, sort of trying to catch his breath.

20 MINUTE BREAK.

The band and Ely's sister went upstage and said that Ely was rushed to the hospital. His health was really in bad condition.

Yun pala, his mom died last Thursday (28th). Puyat pa sila from soundcheck. Hindi kinaya ng puso ni Ely.

Sayang rin they didn't sing PARE KO (omg!!!), Magasin and huling el bimbo. And Overdrive also! But PARE KO is what I was super looking forward to. It's their first song ever. And ewan ko, it's like connected to my childhood. Na feeling ko cool pag alam mo yung song.

We all left silently. Except for a few uneducated and stupid people (and you call yourself fans? hindi naman kayo understanding!!!) Who said 'T*ngina naman kakanta ka lang di ka naman mamamatay nun' I WANTED TO STAB HER RIGHT THEN AND THERE.

Until now I am at a state of shock. As of this writing I have just finished watching the opening song which Fa got on video. Watching it, you wouldn't think it'll end like that. I remember him asking us 'Okay pa ba kayo?' Yun pala siya dapat tanungin. I just wish he gets well. Iiyak ako pag may nangyari pa. jusko Lord wag po.

MAHAL KITA ELY. MAHAL KO ANG ERASERHEADS.

***
1989 pala sila nabuo. 2002 nag disband. If we do the math, I waited ALL MY LIFE to watch the concert. And 6 years for the reunion. GRABE. HISTORY RELIVED AND HISTORY MADE.

gotta love them! Pag ako nagka anak at apo, dapat alam nila ang eHeads songs. Ang pinaka magaling, favorite ko.WAHAHAHAHAHA

Fixation

Lately I've been fixated on a couple of things. Some brought about by stress, the others by sheer love for shopping.

1. Boracay - I am dying to go back to this place. huhuhu I'm so sick of Metro Manila, I need a quick escape. Do you need a quick escape too?

Photo from Flickr by Oliver Tam. Location: Discovery Shores, Boracay

2. Louis Vuitton- This brand is a killer. It's been heavily discussed last week in my Global Marketing class and even before that, my professor would mention it as an example from time to time.

These are my personal favorites.

The LV Mahina XXL in Grey which goes around $4,210 or Php 190 000.
And the Monogram Mini Lin Croisette which is at $1,680 , roughly Php 76,000.

Nakakaloka. Maybe in 10 years,I'll have one. HAHA

3. New round toe pumps. Or shoes in general. - I've always been in love with shoes.
These two pairs are from Missoni, each costs about Php 15, 000.
Of course I'm not spending 15k on a pair of shoes (for now?). Maybe something close to the designs will do. Seeing pretty shoes remind me of Ms. Chin. She always wears pretty shoes. That's what I look forward to every time we have class. Well, she failed to wear something nice once. It was a pair of black thick-strapped sandals that looked below 'nice'. I was sad that day coz her shoes were bad. HAHA (Ms. Chin, I know you 'google' yourself sometimes. Sorry but you don't deserve that hideous pair.)

And finally, fourth: Love. Always have, always will.

yeeeeeech, senti. hahaha
