A wish most people overlook

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY to all the dads and grand-dads and dads-to-be!!!

A few minutes ago I watched on Mel&Joey a Father's Day feature on a bride whose dad passed away before she walked down the aisle. What's very touching about the feature was that during the reception, her mom read a letter written by her dad 10 days before he passed away. It made me teary eyed. Her dad never stopped being a father even at his deathbed. Then I realized a wish that I have never entertained in my thoughts evarrrr.

I want my dad to walk me down the aisle.
