Marketing's goal: To delight the customer

Today we spent most of our time finishing our OpMan case and working on our Marketing case due on Monday. During our OpMan presentation, Sir Raya kept on interrupting during the discussion of our process blueprint. He insists that during a delivery service call, the recap of orders is redundant. He even mentioned that he gets pissed when waiters ask him if he has any pending order every time they bring his food to the table. "Read the goddamn receipt!" He insists our process was too pleasant, too polite, blah blah.

Dianne, Kyle and I decided to cut our Socio class since we're on crunch time for Marketing. But here comes the breakdown of the laptop due to a virus. Kamusta nameeehn? Since we have nothing to do, Pat suggested that we eat steak! Yahoooey! The 9 of us hopped into the Happy Van and made our way to Slice and Dice! Whatta T-Bone! ;) Back in the happy van, we were all singing Maroon 5 songs. (Yay for the concert!) and of course, some Tim bashing moments coz he was with us. The ride was bumpy but fun! Singing "Won't go home without you" while treading the Elliptical road on a rainy day was really...surreal. It felt so serene, with nothing to do but sit and hold on tight (Pat's driving requires you to hold on tight.) We all went back to BA with our satisfied tummies. A hundred bucks for a plateful of steak? Definitely delightful!
