One Month

It's less than a month before my birthday. I'm growing old too fast. (At least that's how I feel)

Today I was exchanging messages with my mom when she told me what their birthday plans are for me.
It included a trip to somewhere in Manila. I was gonna tell Mom not to push through with it because it'll only be a waste of money but I decided not to say anything. Because they never really plan things like this. Well, at least not in the years when I was in college. But now that they wanted to do something on my special day, I'd be glad to let them be. I do hope they get me a DSLR though. I am dying to have one. But if they don't want to get me one, it's ok. hehehehe I still have my Cybershot.
I have no idea how I will celebrate my birthday this year. Tim, Weng and I are planning a joint summer birthday celebration. But this is just a plan. As for me, if i get my DSLR, I won't hold the party.

Since I am turning 19, here's my 19 crazy wishes.

19. A solution to global warming.
18. An answer to world hunger (and rice shortage).
17. A greater support for our local products and local talents.
16. A better economy.
15. A solution to brain drain.
14. An amazing support for our natural resources and beautiful destinations. We have a beautiful country! You don't need to go abroad to find amazing caves, corals and beaches. It's all here. I swear!
13. A car for my busy schedule.
12. More shoes and bags.
11. More more more road trips and travels with my friends.
10. Circles of friends who I'd grow old with. We'll attend each other's weddings. Our husbands and kids will be friends. We'll go shopping together when we're doñas already.Yay!
9. A trip to Australia with Joop (haha Jom, di ka na pwede).
8. A trip to Singapore or HongKong with Mommy for a whole lot of shopping!
7. A Nikon digital SLR camera.
6. A great job offering or offerings hahahaha.
5. A superb academic year.
4. A very successful year for ABAM.
3. Good health of my family and friends.
2. A man who will love me forever.
1. A forever tight and happy family.

This year, it's gonna be about me, singlehood, my friends, an unforgettable senior year, and a fabulous life! Cheers!
