'Me' time

WAKE-UP CALL
I was hoping to wake up to a phone call from the internship dude of Sportsnetwork but hello naman, asa pa kami (ni Raisia). I did get a call though, around 8-ish from Cheska. hahaha Numerous text messages flooded my screen as well so I had to reply to them and go back to sleep.

*flashback*
Yesterday, I forced myself to go to school because Raisia was finally here in QC. I met up with her and Kyle at Katipunan and went back to school to fix my enrollment and for her 199 slot. We stumbled upon Larice who told us there's one slot left in their super cool internship at Sportsnetwork, the retail company that handles brands such as Lonsdale, Roxy, Quicksilver, etc. here in the Philippines. Raish and I got really jealous of their job so we called decided to give it a shot (hahaha, oo nahatak nanaman ako).

MALL and Me
I decided to go to Trinoma today to do some shopping for the start of summer term.

OMG I stumbled upon a girl wearing the same shirt I had!!! I quickly lifted my bag to my chest to cover the print. Unfortunately, her companion saw me and told her 'kapareho mo siya ng shirt'. :)) I just walked like it was nothing but when I glanced back at them, she also glanced back. Kamusta naman? Ok lang sana kapareho, wag lang magkasalubong.

I just hate it when salespeople approach you and watch you intently while you're trying on shoes or looking at bags or checking out the clothes. DON'T WATCH ME! I hate it when they tell you "Pili lang kayo Ma'am" or "Yes ma'am?" I mean, can't I just shop in peace here? I'll let you know when I need your help.

KWENTONG BARBERO
There was an exhibit and fair at the activity center of Trinoma. I saw Skin Food in one of the stalls so I thought they might have discounts for the cappuccino foam that I totally love. While walking around, I felt thirsty and boy, is that a Sola stall I see? hahaha I walked to the stall and this nice mister gave me a plastic cup so I could help myself with the four drinks available FOR FREE. weeee! With my Sola Peach, I walked to the other stalls and this lady started blabbing nonstop "Hi ma'am, tingin po kayo sa bagong products namin. Eto po ma'am, dito tayo. May pick-a-prize po kami. Para na rin po ma explain ko sa inyo products namin.blahbalahblah" We got to their stall and her pseudo-boss told her "wala nang premyo para sa pick-a-prize" so pahiya siya sa akin. I told her "Wag na miss, sige" since I wasn't really interested in their line of USA made creams and what have yous. She stalled me a bit and said she needed my contact info. Here goes my attempt to barbs her.

The day ended without a call from the company but that's fine coz I already got 2 subjects which I shall pay for tomorrow. I also have a new pair of shoes (thanks to the gc's I won from Procter&Gamble). And because I have a new pair of shoes, I was pressured to purchase a bag to match my shoes! hahaha OMG. Splurge day. Thanks to Daddy for giving me a few bucks for shopping before he left for Iloilo.

CONVERSATIONS
Farrah and I had our catch up night last night. Or was it this early morning (like 2am)? I miss Fa. I haven't seen her since erm...last day of classes? And we haven't talked for a long time. So please show up in school from time to time this summer ahkey? :D

Raish called me up at home. We talked about lotsa stuff! It feels refreshing to have talks that are just full of endless laughter. Later on she said "hey, i have to go" but then we both remembered a lot more kwentos so we ended up extending the kwento time and our laughing time. hahaha I miss her everyday. Damn that DSL. Please install one in their house. I barely get to catch up with her. Unlike before, every night was bonding night.

That was my day. I'm tired but happy. Stressed from all the preps. Giddy for our beach trip. (Maybe next weekend.) Excited and lazy for tomorrow. But totally game to see what's in store for me! wooohooo! Live. Love. Laugh. yan ang moral of the post. HAHAHAHA amfufu.
